Why a 0% Intro Rate Credit Card Would Suit You

Author: John Mussi

If you're at least eighteen years old and considered a legal taxpayer (you would only be classified as such if you're earning permanently already, by the way) then are you aware that you can afford to apply for a credit card and get approved?

If, by some miracle, you haven't thought about owning a credit card, well, it's high time that you do consider owning one and there are a lot of reasons that we can supply you with if you're still not convinced.

First, owning a credit card allows you to be equipped for almost all kinds of emergency. If and anything happens unexpectedly or due to an accident, a credit card allows you to be financially able to handle a crisis even though you technically don't have cold hard cash to guarantee solutions. The good thing about credit cards is that it allows you to spend money that you really don't have then pay for it later - in installments, if you so prefer!

Secondly, owning a credit card allows you to be a little selfish and self-indulgent from time to time. If you're the type of person who carries the whole world on your shoulders and you're looking for a way to relieve stress from your life, let me tell you that owning a credit card is a wonderful way to gain some R&R for yourself. If you own a credit card, you can spend for something outrageously expensive (as long as it's allowed by your credit limit) like taking a short trip to the Bahamas or Europe!

Thirdly, have you ever considered the fact that owning a credit card is another valid ID to add to your wallet? You see, in this day and age, identification is everything and owning a credit card is seen as another proof that you are who you are and you've made a sufficient mark in the financial world to gain the right to own one.

And now we go to the reason why a 0% intro rate credit card would suit you. The way a 0% intro rate credit card works is quite simple. For a certain period of time - it could be three months or a year, depending on your credit card company - you can let yourself purchase anything with your credit card without having to worry about coping with the interest rates.

As a first-time-credit-card-owner, owning a 0% intro rate credit card would be best because it allows you to first enjoy the perks of owning a credit card without having to suffer exorbitant interest rates. If you're going to apply for a credit card, get one with 0% intro rate so that you can have fun first before getting down to business!
