The most expensive time to rent an RV in California is between late June and early September with prices starting at around $117 a day for over 40 days. Before you set out for adventure in California, find parks that will let you park your RV there. Maps are available for sale on the Internet and KOA also provides a list. Don't be afraid to shop for the best bargain and ask for all details about mileage fees, insurance, and other extra fees you might not expect.
